Cobb Salad

  • 4 cups of mixed salad greens (such as romaine lettuce or spinach)
  • 2 cups of cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or chives for garnish

For the dressing:
